How To Manually Change The Authorisation For A Part

  1. Open the job card by clicking on a job via the Calendar, List or Board View on the left hand menu settings.

  2. Click on the Job report tab along the top.

  3. Once you have added a part to the job report card. You will see there is 3 dots to the right of the part along the line.

  4. Click on the 3 dots, and you will see ‘Authorise/Unauthorise’.

  5. This allows you to manually change the status.

  1. Open the job card by clicking on a job via the Calendar, List or Board View on the left hand menu settings.

  2. Click on the Job report tab along the top.

  3. Once you have added a part to the job report card. You will see there is a notification on the ‘Request Authorisation’ button.

  4. Click on this button, add any comments or photos, click ‘Approve all’.
