Choose Workshop language, country and currency

Set your web/app language and check the separate business language, country and currency settings, including Polish and PLN.

Polish is available in Workshop web and the native Workshop app. Poland is available in business and customer address selection, and PLN is supported as a currency. Check each setting separately when setting up a workshop.

Choose the language for your screens

  • Workshop web: use the flag/language picker. The choice applies to that browser; it is separate from your business settings.

  • Workshop app: open Settings → App → App language. Choose Polish or another supported language, or use Follow device. This preference belongs to that app installation.

Check business language, country and currency

Open Configuration → System Settings → General Settings to check Business Language for generated and outbound content. Changing a staff screen’s language does not change this business-wide setting. Confirm the business’s saved country and currency separately: Poland supplies Polish/PLN defaults during setup, but changing a language is not a currency conversion.

Check the currency on the invoice as well as the business currency. Screen language can change number/date formatting. Existing service names, stock names, notes, custom labels and saved message templates keep their original wording. Provider-hosted messages and pages can have separate language support.

If something is still in the wrong language

Record whether it is a web screen, native screen, document or message; the selected language; the business; and the exact text or a screenshot. For the native app, include the app version. Contact Support with those details. Availability in Workshop does not mean the Help Centre or every external provider page has a Polish translation.
