How To Set Pre-Payments/Take Call-Out Fees

Click on ‘Payments’, ‘Pre-Payment Settings’.

Click on the ‘Collection Booking Pre-Payment Configuration’ or ‘Drop Off Booking Pre Payment Configuration’.

Here you can set a fee that you would like to charge before a booking can be completed.
