Find items in a supplier catalogue
Open Stock → Supplier Catalogues and choose the supplier. Use Quick search to search across fields: for example, “Shimano bottom bracket” can match Shimano in Brand and bottom bracket in the item name. You can combine Quick search with column filters. The supplier catalogue does not have your own stock’s Sold Out and Low Stock Alert filters.
Copy selected items into your stock
Tick the checkboxes for the whole catalogue items you need. Selection stays as you change search or move between pages within that supplier catalogue. Individual variation rows are not selectable.
Select Actions → Copy Into My Stock. You can copy up to 50 selected items in one request; all active variations of each item are included.
Review the confirmation, then select Copy. Copied items start with zero quantity and stock tracking off, and keep their supplier links.
Read the result before retrying. Items already in your stock, including SKU conflicts, are skipped. Partial results keep the selection so you can inspect the skipped items and retry. A successful result clears the selection when dismissed.
After copying, open your own stock to check the new items, enter the quantities you hold and enable tracking where needed. Copying catalogue items does not place a supplier order. The existing per-item Copy Into My Stock action remains available.
