How to add and import your customers

Adding your customer data in Workshop means that you can easily look up their details, service history, and add them to jobs.

There are a few ways to add customers into Workshop. This is all managed in the 'My Customers' section on the left sidebar.

Adding them individually

To add customers one at a time, hit the 'New Customer' button on the top-right of the page. You'll be taken to a pop-up where you can enter details like their name, email address and telephone number.

Importing a customer list

If you have a customer list you'd like to import in bulk, head to the 'Import Customers' button next to the new customer one. Here, you can upload a .xlsx, .xls or .csv file.
