Go to the Left-Hand Menu
From your Workshop by bikebook dashboard, navigate to the main menu located on the left side of your screen.
Go to 'CONFIGURATION'
In the left-hand menu, find and click on 'CONFIGURATION'. This section is where you manage core settings and integrations for your workshop.
Go to 'POS Integration'
Within the 'CONFIGURATION' menu, click on 'POS Integration'. This will take you to the page where you manage your connected POS providers and related syncing options.
Scroll to 'Customer Syncing'
On the 'POS Integration' page, scroll down until you locate the section specifically dedicated to 'Customer Syncing'.
Select 'Sync Customers Updated Since'
Within the 'Customer Syncing' section, you'll see a button labeled 'Sync Customers Updated Since'. Click this to trigger a manual sync of your customer data from your connected POS system. This action will pull in any customer updates (new customers, updated contact info, etc.) that have occurred since your last sync or a specified date/time.
Note: You can verify which customers have successfully synced and view your current synced customer list by clicking on 'View Customers' within the same 'Customer Syncing' section.
