Go to the ‘My Customer’ tab on the left hand menu.
Click on the chosen customers whose previous service history you wish to view.
Once within the customer, you can see in the top right hand side the ability to ‘View Service History’.
Once this has been opened, you will be able to view the previous job card, including the Job Report Card, Invoice’ etc.
View history from an open job
Open the active job and select its Customer tab. Previous jobs and invoices appear below the customer details in the same scrolling area on desktop and mobile. Select the earlier record you want to inspect; a previous job opens on Job Information.
Opening a history record waits for pending Job custom-field saves. If Workshop reports unsaved changes, save or explicitly discard them before leaving. You can also keep using the My Customers → customer → View Service History route shown above.
