Click on the ‘Calendar’ tab from the left hand menu, under ‘JOBS’.
Click on the small eye looking icon at the top right hand side of the page.
This will allow you to filter whether you wish to display drop-offs/pick-ups and collections/returns.
On-site service visits
For mobile businesses, an on-site job is shown through its service bookings. Workshop does not generate extra collection and return calendar entries for that same on-site job, so there is no duplicate logistics entry to show or hide.
Genuine collections and returns, customer drop-offs and pick-ups still use your display preferences. Multiple service bookings remain separate service appointments. Location businesses keep their existing calendar behaviour.
