Follow these steps to add new collection/return slots:

Click on 'Availability' from the left hand menu.
Within the left hand menu, find and click on 'Availability'. This page allows you to set your workshop's working hours and define specific time slots for services, collections, and returns.
Navigate to 'Collection/Return Slots'
On the 'Availability' page, you'll see different tabs. Click on 'Hours'. Look for and click on the 'Collection/Return Slots & Onsite Services' tab.
Click 'Add New Slot' or '+' Icon
To create a new slot, click on the '+' (plus) icon that is located to the right of the slots list.
Define Your Slot Details:
A form or pop-up will appear where you can configure the new slot. You'll typically need to set the following:
Day(s) of the Week: Select the specific day(s) (e.g., Monday, Tuesday, Every Weekday) on which this slot will be available.
Start Time: Choose the beginning time for the collection/return slot.
End Time: Choose the end time for the collection/return slot.
Capacity (Optional): In the 'Availability Settings' specify how many collections/returns can be scheduled within this slot. This prevents overbooking.
