This guide outlines the steps to remove a team member from your Workshop by bikebook system. This action will typically revoke their access to the platform.
Steps:
Navigate to Configuration:
Locate the main navigation menu on the left-hand side of your Workshop by bikebook interface.
Click on "CONFIGURATION". This is usually represented by a gear icon or a similar settings symbol.
Access Business Account Settings:
Within the "CONFIGURATION" section, find and click on "Business Account". This area manages settings related to your business profile and users.
Go to Manage Team:
On the "Business Account" page, look for and select "Manage Team". This section provides tools for managing the team members associated with your workshop's account.
View Members List:
Within the "Manage Team" area, click on "Members". This will display a list of all the current team members who have access to your Workshop by bikebook system.
Access Member Options:
Locate the team member you wish to remove from the list.
On the right-hand side of the row corresponding to that team member, you should see an icon represented by three dots (often referred to as a "more options" menu).
Click on these three dots.
Remove the Team Member:
A dropdown menu will appear with various options related to the team member. Select "Remove Member" (or a similar option like "Delete User" or "Revoke Access") from this menu.
The system will likely ask you to confirm that you want to remove this team member. Carefully read the confirmation message and click "Confirm" or "Yes" to proceed with the removal.
Once you confirm, the team member's access to your Workshop by bikebook system will typically be revoked. They will no longer be able to log in or access any of the workshop's data.
