Steps:
Log in to Your Bikebook Backend (Workshop):
Open your web browser and navigate to the login page(Under Account, on Mobile or Log In, on Web) for your bikebook account.
Enter your username and password to log in and access your bikebook account.
Click on your name on the top right of the page, then click on Workshop to get to the backend system.
Go to Your Public Profile:
Once logged in, locate the navigation menu.
Click on "Public Profile". This section contains the information that is visible to your customers through any public-facing pages or directories connected to bikebook.
Scroll to the "Qualifications" Section:
On your Public Profile page, scroll down until you locate the section specifically labeled "Qualifications".
Add Your Qualifications:
Within the "Qualifications" section, you will find options to add your specific qualifications. This involves:
Clicking an "Add Qualification" button or similar.
A field appears where you can type in the name of your qualification (e.g., "Cytech Level 2," "Shimano Di2 Certified," "Fox Suspension Service Training").
There is additional fields to specify the issuing body, date obtained, or to upload a certificate. Fill in any relevant details.
Click "Save" or "Add" to register the qualification.
Repeat this process for each qualification you wish to display.
Save Changes to Your Public Profile:
After adding all your qualifications, ensure you save the entire Public Profile. There is a general "Save" button, located at the top or bottom of the Public Profile page. Click this button to make your qualifications visible on your public profile.
