How to make changes to multiple stock items

Delete or make changes to inventory items in bulk

nstead of editing stock items one at a time, you can select several and update them in one go. This is useful for things like changing a price, moving items to a new location, or removing old stock.

Steps

  1. Go to Stock and open the Items tab.

  2. Tick the check box next to each item you want to change. To select every item in the table, tick the check box in the table header instead.

  3. An Actions button will appear at the bottom of the page, showing how many items you’ve selected. Select it.

  4. Choose the action you want from the list, or type in the search box at the top to find it quickly.

  5. Follow the prompt to apply the change to all your selected items.
